French crime series Braquo (The Hold Up), currently screening on Showcase, will have its second season air in November.
This aired in France last November.
Braquo was also nominated for a 2012 International Emmy.
From the writer of ‘A Prophet’ comes the incendiary Season 2 of Braquo. Rejected by their peers and superiors alike, Eddy (Jean-Hughes Anglade, ‘John Adams’ and ‘Taking Lives’) and his renegade team suffer the shame and disgrace of going from hunters to the hunted. Caught in the crossfire of a gang war, the road to redemption will be long and difficult, as they can no longer rely on themselves alone to avoid a total fall from grace. *French with English subtitles.
8:30pm Friday November 16.
