They are all iconic TV characters -but which is the best?

TV Tonight will soon be asking you to vote for our finest Australian television characters -those fictional creations that writers, comedians and creative people have put on our screens.

But first it’s time for you to put forward some names….

    Absolutely, Life Support was my fav of that comedy genre. An absolute cack. Well done with that outrageous Sth African accent BTW 😉

  3. @Dr_Rudi,forgot about that show used to have a secret crush on Penne.
    Aunty Jack was a perennial favorite for all us old farts but truly all the cast and characters of Fast Forward up until the Full Frontal change were classics,funniest piece of Australian comedy was the Moon/Vizard Kung Fu scene where he goes through the different names in the end I was laughing hysterically just watching them both trying not to laugh.

  7. How do you catergorise Norman Gunston?
    I’ve never forgotten him interviewing celebrities at the USA benefit for playwright Neil Simon years ago. When refused permission to enter the theatre he asked the doorman, “Would it be OK if I stuck my microphone inside the door while he’s singing Bridge over Troubled Waters?” Classic.
