Later, the trainers spring a surprise on the contestants, who doll up for a trip to the movies, The Biggest Loser: The Next Generation style. Back at The Biggest Loser: The Next Generation House, the trainers are unimpressed with The Heavyweights’ lack of enthusiasm during their training sessions. The next day, the contestants head to The Challenge, where three teams of three will compete in a half marathon. This pushes everyone to their limits, with some battling self-doubt and others leading their children by example. One contestant walks three kilometres for the first time in years.
