    Yes, I was going to mention the adjustment for Voice overrun, but felt it would be nitpicking for my comment.
    Still, put it this way- it is really a niche program that is now a year old from the US (the second season started last night over there). The parent program was shunted to GEM.
    The star of The Closer had a much more interesting personality and intriguing storyline than the new one. Perhaps it was Kyra Sedgwick’s annoying accent that turned viewers off on the original run?

    Major Crimes numbers will need correcting downwards due to The Voice overrun. Even so, it is doing good numbers – just not as good as it looks.

  3. Good to see Major Crimes doing decent numbers in its timeslot. This, along with Arrow shows that some of us will stick with a show even in a later slot.
    Quite enjoying Major Crimes, although it doesn’t quite have the charm of The Closer (admittedly a favourite!)
