  1. David, you keep saying look at News Stories for ratings under the top 20.. I must be stupid because I can never find what you’re talking about. Can you dumb it down for me… Or draw a picture ??? 🙂

    • Sure. I always say this to teach people how the site works, rather than just give the number, but I’m happy to elaborate. For years now I have been writing weekday ratings wraps that are filed under News. These analyse the overnight ratings beyond the top 20 rankings which are limited by OzTAM copyright rules. But everyday the story, headline and picture changes, depending on what I feel the best news angle was. If you go to the home page today you will see “Rove’s return lifts The Project” as a headline. The description starts with the word ‘Ratings’ to help make it easier to find. Tomorrow it will be a different story / headline / photo, but it will have ‘Ratings’ in the description. These are generally published after 10am. Hope that helps!

  2. I’m not too worried about The X Factor’s ratings. If it remains above a million, it should be fine. I am, however, worried about The Amazing Race’s ratings! Such a great show that really should be on another day or even before X Factor.

  3. Must say I’m enjoying the block but surprised it’s beating the X factor every time !! Wouldn’t have picked that at the start of the season. Only the light weights adelaide and perth areas boasting the X factor figures otherwise it would really be struggling this year. What is ten thinking continuing with save with Jamie again tonight at 7.30 it’s like they just bringing out the white flag again… They are just playing into the other channels hands and will boast that awful programme bringing up sexy ratings today after a poor start last week!!

  4. The Project in the demographics is a sign the pgm is finally taking hold of viewers, especially those under 49. Rove helped that as well.

FF is holding and doing the best in that time slot for Ten for a long time.

We watched X Factor and then final of Dexter on 11.
Recorded House Husband for my wife.
