I for one have never understood the fascination with MKR?!?….and from the ads….it just seems to be the same thing…every year.
Watched MKR and Winter on 7. Recorded I’m a Celeb. off 10 and watched it after Winter.
192,000 Aussies took the red pill last night.
I realized something all the figures end in 000, no doubt as a result of these being estimates.
They’re not estimates, they’re extrapolations of an accurately measured sample. Reporting a figure as, say, 192,524 would imply a degree of precision that is not supported by the methodology.
Mkr – brilliant … Enough said
Buggirob – totally agree with you. They are introducing a third group of contestants on MKR which will stretch this woeful show to at least end of April.
How do 1.5m plus viewers watch this drivel 5 nights a week?
There is no actual cooking done. They just bitch and whine for 90 plus minutes. And seriously does anyone understand Manu? I need subtitles when this guy speaks.
And for some bizarre reason IACGMOOH is rating around 600K – a third of what MKR gets – but does well in the demos. Go figure.
Interestingly almost 900,000 viewers of MKR are either under 25 or over 55. Judging by the massive increase in MKR numbers from the 16-39 age group to the 18-49 age group watching this trash, its obviously VERY clear that a huge bulk of their audience (1.3Mil when you remove the 16-39 audience) are people over 40 years old. Makes me actually very glad for the current generation. Seems like there are only less than 500,000 stupid ones there, but 1.3M over 40 years old. Take a look at yourselves and stop blaming the younger generation for the downfall of TV in Australia
MKR seems the same every series just the faces are replaced. Seems Australia wants more bitch and less taste. I am enjoying I’m a Celebrity purely as it something new and the celebs are showing real emotions and fear. The issue for Ten is they need to start the show at 7pm. Their lead in shows are to weak for them to start at 7.30pm. The Project just does not deliver a large enough audience to make the show a success.
How long can Ten network put up with such low channels shares for ONE as a result of the Celeb simulcasts?
Its not even in HD there for goodness sake whereas some of ONE’s regular 7.30 shows were in HD.
Looks like MKR Will run till Christmas with new people
MKR still reigns supreme!
Not so good for Seven though that the ratings for Winter have decreased markedly, doesn’t really bode well for the Rebecca Gibney vehicle returning in 2016
Still a huge gap between MKR and Nine News.
Shoudy Chen::
Nine is still beating Seven news in Melb / Syd / Bri
Nine would not be worried
Nine News Brisbane was beaten by Seven News in terms of the average viewership between 6PM-7PM.
