  1. Watched ch 72 until 8pm, then DWTStars 1st final on 7. Then watched Cycling live from Spain. What a lovely green and neat area that was when they started 🙂

People are rewarding 9 for showing the Block the whole year – congratulations 9 viewers. Nine Network will be renamed to The Block Network LOL.

  2. Three or so renovation shows already this year and people are still tuning in for the same old, same old. Don’t they get bored? If Seven’s Super September fails to fire, could they wind up pulling the completed series of House Rules off the shelf earlier than expected, considering The Block has launched well? They’ve said they’ll no longer do copycat scheduling, but who really believes that?

  3. Drama is a thing that people want nowdays – and with TEN’s poor shares on Sunday lately, I just cant see why they havent tried buying one of the big US dramas and shown it on a Sunday or Monday night.. and I mean proper premium drama like Game of Thrones, Fear/The Walking Dead and Better Call Saul – not stuff like Under The Dome. 9PM AV/MA timeslots means no editing needs to be done and sign up exclusive deals to stop downloading (and of course, show them in HD too)

But what do I know, yeah?

        1. TEN actually has the hottest broadcast title in the US right now in Empire. That didn’t work out too well for them. Other shows like GoT, Saul, TWD are not for sale or re-sale. Homeland is also a premium brand, albeit not where it used to be.

  4. In the spirit of Wolfie I am starting to list my viewing. Love reading his posts with what he and his wife watch each night.
Not impressed with Sunday viewing so watched Narcos on Netflix after TEN News then my Saturday recordings of The Golden Girls.
Although I am only 30, I love watching TGG reruns each week. takes me back to my childhood days.
Narcos is very similar to Underbelly S1. Only 2 eps remaining until I have finished. Like Underbelly, it focuses on the Police a little too much for me. Great show though.

  5. If I was Ten l would re-think Scorpion on Sundays and the time slot for TBL. I doubt TBL will do well at 7.30pm. I would rather see this start earlier at 7pm just like the block. Scorpion l would move to 9pm and put a quality drama in the middle. I would even consider putting the Bachelorette there.

    1. I agree. TBL has a decent chance of being successful and continuing Ten’s momentum, but less so if following Scorpion with those sort of numbers. Ten need to take advantage of not being stuck in the one hour news battle with Nine and Seven.
