  1. Seven won the night even without My Kitchen Rules, will be interesting to see how it goes once its finished, and don’t think there will be another series of “Your back in the room”, after its first night has taken a massive slide, will also be interesting to see how The Voice goes and see if it can help the channel nine ratings.

  2. Ten need a new programmer. Not only is their primary channel not rating well nore do their multi-channels as compared to others. They are about to start Masterchef and yet they have still elected to start it at 7.30pm and allowed their competitors to air 30 mins before with their new shows. With Seven and Nine having stop rating news shows prior to their show launching do Ten really expect to get them to switch over??? Wake up Ten and start Masterchef at 7pm. Go back to your roots.

      • Interesting comment David. Aussie audiences are completely not interested in US produced programs in recent years, where as networks used to always be able to count on some successful US content to rate.
As a result, networks appear to be giving up providing quality content at all on some evenings. (or even any content at all due to the amount of repeats screening at times). Clearly the money is not there to produce quality home grown product due to reducing advertising revenues.
Ten did invest in new local content in 2015 and had some success. So far in 2016, we have not seen much new content and ratings have mirrored 2015. Survivor and new drama later in the year will tell us if TEN have made any improvements in 2016.

  3. Looks like Ten’s schedule change backfired for them big time. 6.8% for a Sunday night is not good at all. Sad to see the OJ Simpson Show finish on a low (and late!!). It was actually a good show.

Also, I am kind of glad that You’re Back in the Room’s numbers are going downwards.
