Final Logie act out of the picture?
It's looking like Delta, Jimmy and Conrad may be it, after all.

A big name music act that was due to appear at the Logie Awards may not eventuate after all, according to a report today.
News Corp reports a plan to secure The Weeknd fell through at the last minute.
“We were expecting someone to potentially be announced this week,” spokeswoman Sally Burleigh confirmed.
“A record company was trying to move schedules to get them out. It just didn’t happen.
“If there’d been an international act here, I’m sure we would’ve had them. But no one’s here — literally. Have a look and no one’s in the country.”
Unless you count Iron Maiden, that is.
Earlier this week executive producer Brent Williams told TV Tonight, “We are thrilled to have Delta, Jimmy and Conrad perform. There is one other performance that hasn’t been announced which is going to be absolutely stunning.”

You know , It’s been a while since we had a Farnsey showstopper .
What … you mean there’s no one in the entire country, not even another Australian, who fits the bill? What’s the world coming to.
There might be.
I thought Pink was performing. She confirmed it last week on KIIS with Kyle and Jackie O.
They were talking about the Billboard Music Awards. Not the Logies.
Isn’t Jessie j, maddens and ronan here? Or do they go back home after the blinds?
Blinds were prerecorded months ago. They won’t be back for a few days before the live shows.
lol Metallica isn’t even here!
Iron Maiden’s in Sydney though. I reckon opening the logies with The Number Of The Beast would give it the classic feel they’re after
Lol. Funny error on my part, now fixed.
“Six-Oh Minutes – the number of the beast
Sacrifice is going on tonight
This can’t go on I must inform the law
Can this still be real or just some crazy dream?”
