Ahead of its new season, Seven will screen a My Kitchen Rules special.
Manu Feildel, Pete Evans and Colin Fassnidge will look back over 10 years of teams, dishes and controversial moments.
I must admit I am struggling to remember nearly all of these, but here’s what’s included:
· Beloved winning couple Dan & Steph (Season 4)
· Texan cowboy Robert & daughter Lynzey (Season 6)
· Tassie father and son Mick & Matt (Season 4)
· Mouthy sisters Jess & Emma (Season 9)
· Outspoken grand finalists Carmine & Lauren (Season 7)
· Winning siblings Amy & “angry angry man” Tyson (Season 8)
· Mother and son Anna & Jordan (Season 7)
Tuesday, January 15 at 7.30pm on Seven.

David is this airing in a non-ratings period ?
The special yes? Series usually starts 2 weeks out from ratings anyway.
Interesting how there’s none (?) from Season 1 to 3, arguably its more milder and foodie years, notably when it also wasn’t the #1 show (that crown went to MasterChef)
Interesting. I thought the anniversary special was supposed to be a 2nd series with some past contestants later this year.
I believe that is still to come. Unclear if it has former contestants or new.
