Oops. “Gunned down”

An unfortunate placement of words over vision.....

An unfortunate placement of words over vision on Seven News last night when introducing top stories.

One was about a man shot at close range in Point Cook, west of Melbourne.

The other was speculation about President Trump visiting Australia in July.

  1. Unfortunate placement of words… The ABC wins that one!

  2. i thought it was a bit early in the year for kids to be doing work experience 😀 ….but really, i’ve seen a few of these lately, mostly name blubs on screen for the wrong person, they need to lift their game a bit….

  3. Another stuff up, I know TV can get things wrong, but the EPG for one of the cricket matches which had finished still showed it as being broadcast two days later. slack

  4. When the most important man in the world and the most horrific headline in the world, collide on such an irresponsible network, one is inclined to be sceptical.

      1. Comment is the result of how 7 has been treating us lately. This incident is an oops, but their own actions make us want to be less forgiving. Also,In this case there is no ‘Live’ sign in the corner.

        1. “Irresponsible” is still a bit extreme for any of Sevens actions you’ve been annoyed by. All networks could be branded irresponsible by those standards.

          1. Unfortunately, there are many words that could be used for their deliberately deceptive cut and paste advertising. __enough said.
