The Full Monty got high ratings? Ew.
i cannot believe that many people tuned into such a show as Full Monty for a whole 2 hours. It’s for a good cause so i’m not going to rubbish it too much & since i did not watch it i don’t know how effective it was in getting the msg across for men to have health checks, but it really could’ve easily been done in a 1 hour show or 90 mins max, surely.
And then True Stories afterwards was really a rerun of a Sunday Night ep, very poor really. It’s saying something that it beat Survivor, i suspect like others have said, its too much of a watch commitment that’s put people off, or maybe it was the constant promos like they are now doing with the Bachelor.
Stayed to watch True Stories after Full Monty and what a gruesome story it was.
So now we see why 7 added ” True Stories” to their Sunday Night title. So we can rerun it on another night that isn’t ‘Sunday Night’.
Had no idea, but now across this.
Happens all the time, Seven and Nine edit and re-package (sometimes many years old) former crime shows into new ones, as a filler show.
But eh, if it gets the ratings…
Those F&F ratings don’t bode well for tonight, with two free-to-air premieres, one on Seven (DC’s Wonder Woman 2017) and the other on Nine (F&F 8 2017)
Packed full of ads and screens cluttered with pop ups, is it any wonder people don’t choose to watch them?
What did the full monty rate last year again ?
Just over a million if I remember ??
Search is your pal! That’s all I would be doing to find…
Can’t say I’ve ever used the search bar on this site lol . Touchy ..
Ha… I try to offer readers the same tools at my disposal.. well as much as I can anyway.
Gees…Type Full Monty in the Search box. Click on the 4th item down.
Man, it was a fair question. Probably would have made you feel warm and fuzzy to have provided a more helpful answer. But such is modern life.
Lay off David! He does more than his fair share for us TV addicts!
2018 Full Monty Special was 1.03m; keep in mind Ninja Warrior was at 974,000 against it last year but they aired on a Sunday instead of a Tuesday.
Predictably, SBS resting Mastermind for more than a month, has seen its ratings plunge.
