Footy fever hits Sunrise with its annual AFL Grand Final broadcast at Federation Square on Friday.

Sunrise broadcasts Live at Federation Square in Melbourne tomorrow ahead of the AFL Grand Final.

Kochie, Sam, Nat, Beretts, Eddy and Sam Mac are Live for their annual event from 5:30am and inviting viewers to attend.

Weekend Sunrise is also Live with co-host Basil Zempilas and weather presenter James Tobin at Federation Square on Saturday.

We’ve lined up some amazing artists, Birds of Tokyo and Mike Brady will be performing Live with a special guest appearance by Conrad Sewell ahead of his National Anthem performance on Grand Final day. And we’ll be giving away AFL Grand Final tickets to the best-dressed fan on the day.

Seven’s AFL Grand Final coverage continues with Game Day, hosted by Hamish McLachlan from the MCG to preview and analyse the premiership-decider with a stellar line-up including AFL superstars Nat Fyfe, Dom Sheed, Shaun Burgoyne, Jimmy Bartel, Shaun Grigg and Jude Bolton.

The 2019 AFL Premiership season culminates at the MCG with the two best teams vying for the game’s ultimate prize in front of 100,000 screaming fans.

The AFL season is poised for a thrilling finale as the Tigers bid for their second flag in three years and GWS aims to top a fairy-tale September with its maiden premiership.

  1. Appreciate this story, but any chance of a more detailed one on Grand Final coverage itseelf (above is rather vague from them)? There’s usually lots of programs, personalities and special events throughout the day after Sunrise finishes, through to the Post Game show and concert on 7mate after 6 o clock.

    I believe you’ve noted here previously Seven being not too forthcoming with particularly sport event info anymore, rather you having to push them yourself?

    If not all good, but EPG and tv guide provides bugger all.
