Total Control sells to Asia, Latin America.

ABC drama is headed to Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, India, Latin America and Canada.

ABC drama Total Control has been sold to more countries, now through Asia and Latin America.

HBO Max Latin America has licensed both seasons, produced by Blackfella Productions.

In Asia, Korean streamer Watcha has secured rights for Japan. ABC has also signed a multi-territory deal covering Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Mongolia, Pakistan and Malaysia for the second season.

Acorn premieres the show in U.S. and Canada – and a further deal has been secured in Canada with the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network.

Rights licensing outside North America is handled by All3Media International.

Disney’s ABC has also ordered a US remake.

Season 2 continues on ABC.
