Russia bans Ita, Costello, Stokes, Stan Grant, Liz Hayes, Andrew Bolt.

Network bosses, Chairs, news reporters & presenters have all copped a ban from enterting Russia "indefinitely."

Stan Grant, Liz Hayes, Andrew Bolt, Eric Campbell and Carrie-Ann Greenbank are amongst TV names blacklisted from entering Russia ‘indefinitely’ in response to “the growing sanctions of the Australian government, which apply to an increasing number of Russian citizens.”

Nine Entertainment CEO Mike Sneesby and Chair Peter Costello, Seven West Media chair Kerry Stokes and Paramount ANZ’s Chief Operating Officer Jarrod Villani are also amongst those now unwelcome to visit Russia.

121 Australians, including defence officials, businessmen and reporters and editors were blacklisted according to the Russian foreign ministry.

Russia has accused the sanctioned figures of promoting a “Russophobic agenda” and said that the blacklist would be expanded in the future.

Eric Campbell journalist and one of the authors of the “Foreign Correspondent” program of the ABC news agency
Peter Costello independent director of “Nine Entertainment” company
Stan Grant professor, journalist and TV presenter for the ABC
Carrie-Ann Greenbank Correspondent for Nine News
Samantha Hawley Correspondent of the European correspondent for the ABC
Liz Hayes Journalist and TV presenter for Nine News
Patricia Karvelas ABC radio news anchor
Jonathan Lee Senior reporter for the Sky News channel, specialising in on political topics
Robert Murray Chairman of the Board of Directors of Southern Cross Austerio
Sean Nicholls employee of the news agency “ABC”

  1. Geez, what a shame! Seriously though, who cares! Nobody’s gunna be traveling to Russia anytime soon, whether that be for work or tourism purposes!

  2. I thought Liz Hayes works for 60 minutes not nine news. Paul Murray’s not on the list he should go there and do a live show from there lol
