Fast Ed – Mango Farm Walkaround
One of Ed’s favourite fruits is the mango, which might explain why he’s travelled to Darwin to get the jump on mango season! Where better to learn about this succulent, sundrenched fruit than at a mango farm, run by a family who’ve been farming for 20 years. Ed learns everything there is to know about this most summer of fruits and with 23 million mangoes produced each year, this family know what they’re talking about!

Fast Ed – One-Pot Chicken & Mango Curry With Mango-Mint Salsa

A mint-mango salsa is the perfect accompaniment with the sweetness counter-acting the heat of the curry. Ed’s updated mango chicken is the perfect reason to buy that extra mango this summer.

Fast Ed – What To Do With Soft Mangoes

Charlie – Times Are A Changing
With garden space at a premium on increasingly smaller blocks of land, an overgrown garden is just a waste of space. Through a little planning and some simple design, Charlie will transform this back garden into a space the whole family can enjoy. Recycling materials like old bricks and pavers helps keep the cost down, but the key is leaning into the garden’s strengths. In this case, a shady area that doesn’t get much sun dictates the types of plants that will thrive.
