  1. I’m so frustrated that Law and Order Season 21 and 22 has yet to air in Australia Season 21 aired in the US almost a year ago why hasn’t anyone picked it up here

  2. As someone who’s fully up to date with SVU, I suggest you’re best to skip this first episode. It makes no sense without the other episodes that are part of the crossover. As others have said, crossovers make little sense outside of the original US airing. They do little for re-runs or international broadcasts.

The first episode means very little to the season so I suggest just starting from Episode 2. Smarter programmers at 10 would have just aired the season from Ep 2 if they were aware, but these US dramas tend to just be fillers for the networks now.

  3. Been an “invested” fan of Law SVU since first episode in 1999 but Chris Meloni has never impressed me in the show without Mariska and Ice T. I’m watching him in True Blood reruns lately and he didn’t/doesn’t impress me in that either after he left SVU. Watched first episode of LOOC but found his character stale in that. I’ve no doubt lots will disagree but the reality for me is not all comebacks are successful. But I’m chuffed the show is back so soon until 10 decided to jigger the viewing time again.

  4. I believe Channel 9 holds the rights for Organised Crime. They may also hold the rights to the new seasons of Law and Order, but that’s supposition on my part.

Regardless, this happens a lot with crossovers. It really only benefits the US where NBC broadcasts all three shows so they can schedule crossovers accordingly. For international markets, it’s the luck of the draw.

  5. This is strange, why show a 3 way crossover if season 3 of OC is yet to air and we haven’t even got season 21 or 22 of the mothership? People are going to be confused with the new Police and ADAs if they can’t watch it online somewhere
