10’s reworked Bachelor franchise unveils The Bachelors next week, in which 29 single ladies will compete for the affections of 3 single men.

At its new home on the Gold Coast, The Bachelors Australia continues the journey to find and celebrate love like we’ve come to expect from seasons past. There will be dates, there will be roses, and of course our very own cupid Osher Günsberg. But let’s not forget that it’s 2023. And alongside our handsome, successful, looking for love Bachelors Felix Von Hofe, Jed McIntosh and Thomas Malucelli, the smart, beautiful and sassy women entering the mansion have voices and are encouraged to use them.

And with one huge plot twist, it’s engagement rings at 20 paces. And knees will drop at finale. But who will say yes?

Jed Mcintosh

A session drummer for rappers and rock artists like Lenny Kravitz, Jed is driven and extremely passionate about his craft. A true creative, his own band Mood Monroe is the perfect outlet for his emotions and creativity and Jed is living his dream. Outgoing and confident, the self-confessed 25-year-old rockstar is happy that punk is having a resurgence. With his tattoos, nail polish and love of eyeliner, Jed stands out in a crowd being his authentic self and is comfortable in his own skin. Originally from the country, the drummer and music producer loves hiking and dirt-bike riding when he gets the chance and hopes his future lady enjoys living in the moment. Wearing his heart on his sleeve, Jed is always looking to grow as a person. Sensitive and open with his emotions, there is more than meets the eye with this punk rocker. Jed finds purpose with his strong faith in God and feels it gives him solid grounding. When looking for his ideal partner Jed is quick to say that confidence turns him on. Being up on stage means he gets a lot of attention and if a girl doesn’t feel secure in herself, he’s found in the past it can create problems. In his own words,“sometimes the reason people fall in love with you in the first place ends up being the very reason they don’t like you.” An open book, Jed is ready to find his future wife!

Abby, 21, New South Wales
Outgoing, creative and always there for her friends, Abby is looking for her ride or die, someone who will be there for her through everything and love her for who she is. Her parents have been married for over 26 years and she hopes to find that kind of love. The 21-year-old describes herself as outdoorsy, she loves extreme sports and experiencing new things.

Alésia, 28, New South Wales
and always one to seize the moment, Alésia loves adrenaline and the adventure that comes along with travelling but misses her three cats when she is away. The vegan enjoys good, genuine conversations, is passionate about speaking up for all beings who aren’t in a position to speak up for themselves and would rather be single than settle for the wrong person.

Angela, 25, Victoria
Passionate about living life to the fullest and finding a love that is exciting and bold, Angela want to settle and is waiting to find The One. Always curious and witty, Angela is looking for a love that leads to the good stuff – kiddos, marriage and two German shepherds. She’s sure it’s out there!

Bella, 27, New South Wales
Bella is all about living life to the fullest, finding op shop gems, wearing bright colours, swimming in the ocean and having a good dance at least once a day. Intelligent and empathetic, the 27-year-old believes strongly in human rights, equality of education across Australia and feminism. Her parents taught her that when it comes to love you should trust your gut.

Caitlin, 25, Queensland
Loveable, funny and ambitious, Caitlin loves the gym, being active and is most happy surrounded by her friends and family. Already enjoying her dream job, she’s looking for her soul mate. Her parents’ advice has been that love is amazing when you find it and when it’s with the right person it isn’t forced, so that’s what she is looking for.

Courtney, 33, Victoria
There’s never a dull moment when Courtney is around. Always one to find the good in people, she’s ready to put herself out there and feels she has nothing to lose. Courtney is always up for some outdoor fun, with the 33-year-old enjoying hiking, paddle boarding, rock climbing, tennis and has competed in Spartan competitions and triathlons.

Jasmine, 24, Queensland
Flirty with a competitive side that sees her love to win, Jasmine is a strong believer that everyone should be treated the same no matter who they are. Always standing up for what she believes in, the sporty, driven and always late 24-year-old is an avid netball player and loves space facts. Jasmine is looking for someone to travel the world with.

Jess, 24, Western Australia
Generous and kind with a dry sense of humour, Jess is always looking for an opportunity to do better and is not comfortable with settling in any aspect of her life. Blunt with no filter, the 24-year old’s parents have taught her that when things get tough you don’t walk away, fight for the love that you know is there. After never having a boyfriend, Jess wants to experience being in love and having someone love her back.

Tash, 31, Victoria
Overachiever Tash believes that when she is in love everything falls in place. The 31-year-old’s parents are childhood sweethearts and her daily inspiration that shows her true love exists. Optimistic that every experience in life is a chance to learn, Tash is hoping to find her own true love to settle down with her and her two chihuahua’s Noah and Sophie.

Felix Von Hofe

Outgoing and social, former pro basketballer Felix previously played for Australia. After reaching his professional sporting goal and realising that it wasn’t quite what he wanted in life, the three point shooter traded in his jersey and moved to talking all things sport, something he is very passionate about. Not interested in the 21st century tech-based world of dating, the marketing manager and sports commentator prefers the old fashion way of getting to know people in person, face to face. Cue The Bachelors Australia as his perfect dating scenario. Coming back to Australia after living in the States and with a stable job, six foot four Felix is happy where he is in life and in his words, is well and truly ready to “get into a proper relationship”. For Felix, when it comes to meeting someone, it’s all about personality and good banter is key. Felix likes to be on the front foot and always makes the first moves in the beginning with a love interest and while he won’t ever fight for a girl’s attention, he is competitive so if she isn’t interested in him, he takes time to reflect on why that might be. Felix loves a woman with ambition and can’t wait to find his perfect match. The 27-year-old’s ideal partner will be affectionate, love kids and enjoy fitness so they can enjoy similar hobbies that involve some gym time and good old sport.

Abigail, 26, New South Wales
Vivacious Abigail describes herself as a Duracell bunny, a yes woman and someone who always sees the best in everyone. The 26-year-old values kindness and is passionate about making the world a kinder place. While Abigail’s life is filled with wonderfully empathetic characters, she is looking for her Prince Charming that meets those same standards. She loves getting active, testing her limits, watching the sunrise and going on adventures.

Eboni, 29, Queensland
Positive, selfless and a First Nations woman, Eboni is passionate about encouraging Indigenous children to be the best they can be. Simple things make the 29-year-old happy such as the beach, good coffee, spending time with friends and taking her dog for a walk. She believes that life can be tough at times but if the simple things work out, it’s always a good day. Eboni’s parents taught her that relationships are a rollercoaster, ever evolving and changing and she is ready to go on that ride.

Emma, 25, Victoria
Loving, caring and unique, Emma is ready to do something way out of her comfort zone. Surrounding herself with friends and family where she can truly be herself brings her a lot of happiness. The 25-year-old has a passion for travel and can often be found working abroad at summer camps. First to put her hand up for any adventure, Emma is ready and open to finding love and hopes she finds someone who can reciprocate what she has to give.

Jessica, 25, Queensland
Single dog-Mum Jess describes herself as quirky, curious, down to earth with an open mind. Wanting to ensure she lives a fulfilled life, the 25-year-old is passionate about human connection and all things personal development. Jessica is searching for meaning in a relationship and is hoping to be challenged by her partner, she doesn’t want an “ordinary” life.

Krystal, 26, Queensland
Full of life and confidence, Krystal loves travelling, eating good food and living her best life every single day. Mikki, 26, New South Wales
Loyal and always up to try new things, Mikki describes herself as a Bondi Beach babe who believes in true love and finding her soul mate. The 26-year-old has learnt to trust her instincts when it comes to love and not settle for anything less than she deserves. A psychic told her she would find her “penguin” this year and Mikki believes The Bachelors Australia may be the perfect place to do so.

Naomi, 24, New South Wales
Hyper-focused, ambitious and adventurous, Naomi is on the lookout for her Mr. Right. The 24-year old’s dream man will have similar interests, enjoy an active lifestyle and have a strong work ethic to mirror her own. The social butterfly comes from a big family who loves socialising, going out to dinner and travelling. Naomi loves the ocean and heads to the beach every day enjoying coastal walks, swimming and water sports.

Tilly, 24, Victoria
Fun-loving and energetic, Tilly loves keeping fit and healthy while motivating others to achieve their goals in life. Tilly enjoys a good adrenaline rush, always tells it like it is, wears her heart on her sleeve and is looking for her penguin to spend the rest of her life with. While the 24-year-old knows that relationships can take a lot of hard work and effort, she knows it’s worth it if you find the right person.

Yuri, 21, New South Wales
Loyal, sarcastic and thriving, Yuri enjoys meeting new people, exploring out of her comfort zone and making new memories. The 21-year-old admits to having no filter and lives by the motto that you should be grateful for who you are and embrace yourself. Zara, 27, New South Wales
Passionate about yachts, private jets and fast cars, Zara is a social gal who loves to travel. The Canadian grew up in Bermuda, has travelled to over 35 countries and has been wined and dined around the world. Thomas Malucelli

Loyal, confident and passionate about living life to the fullest, Italian born Thomas grew up in Tuscany on a farm surrounded by animals. His ideal partner absolutely loves whatever she does for a living, has a great sense of humour and values health and fitness. A self-confessed hopeless romantic, Thomas believes that love pushes you to open yourself up completely to another person, allowing yourself to really be seen and understood saying, “the excitement and wonder of early love, of mutual discovery, of delighting fantasies is magical.” The 35-year-old hopes that this experience will give him the ability to form a deep connection with the possibility of finding true love. CJ, 30, Western Australia
Loud, social and energetic, CJ enjoys being around good people and having a good time. Describing herself as a full YOLO’er, she’s learnt that you need to work when it comes to relationships but it’s important to know when to let go as well. Jacinta, 30, New South Wales
Spontaneous, witty and intelligent, Jacinta describes herself as the epitome of the saying ‘big things come in small packages’. Being the eldest of 27 first cousins, Jacinta loves her big Lebanese family and likes to march to the beat of her own drum. Sarcasm is the 30-year-old’s native language and she simply cannot tolerate narrowminded people. Jacinta believes that the world is too large and life is too short to go around spreading negativity. Confident and sporty, Lauren loves exploring the outdoors and enjoys reaching fitness goals, running her business and meeting new people. Lauren knows the right questions to ask when she wants to find something out. At 28 years old she is looking for love and really hopes to find the one.

Leah, 32, South Australia
Kind, gentle soul Leah is always helping others and doesn’t take herself too seriously. Keen not to be the dreaded single cat lady, Leah wants to find love the old fashion way but that hasn’t worked out so far and she isn’t interested in meeting someone on dating apps.
