Luke and Ellie save The Bachelors final
Disappointing ratings but at least one couple walked away from the series in doey-eyed romance.

The Bachelors has ended its second season following disappointing ratings.
By the end of the season just one couple were left standing: Luke and Ellie, but 1 out of 3 couples is not necessarily a bad strike rate.
Here’s how 10 publicity summarised the finale for those still loyal to the end:
Luke, surrounded by flowers and a fairytale setting, had hearts racing as he laid it all on the line with Ellie, dropping a bombshell “I love you” and giving her a dazzling reassurance ring.
Luke then faced the looming heart-to-heart with Lana, ending in a bittersweet goodbye.
Wesley, with nerves and sincerity, expressed his hopes of a bright future with Brea. But amidst trembling breaths and heartfelt confessions, they faced the hard truth— compromise. With differences too big to ignore, the door on their relationship closed indefinitely.
Ben’s honesty led to an unexpected heartbreak, as he told Angela his heart belonged to someone else. That someone was Mckenna, and Ben paved the way for a beautiful beginning, sealed with a kiss.
But like many love stories, Ben and Mckenna have since decided to part ways and Wes and Brea are still on their hunt for love.
Lovebirds Luke and Ellie are head over heels for each other, and ready for exciting adventures ahead as they begin their happily-ever-after together.

Please Ten, just rest this franchise! Put it out of its misery instead of a slow, embarrassing demise.
I think they should keep the franchise, but remove this current format of having multiple bachelors. Instead, I would prefer either only having one bachelor or bachelorette (or maybe even Golden bachelor, I thought there were rumours about it earlier this year?) or another season of Bachelor in Paradise (if they still want multiple bachelors/rettes).
Agree! I would not watch bachelor again its absolutely done. Used to love it no interest now. I would however watch Bachelor in paradise!
Sad to hear that Ben and McKenna aren’t together, but I’m very happy that Luke and Ellie are still together because they were my favourite couple and I really hoped they would still be together.
