Former Bachelor and Australian Survivor star Locky Gilbert has tied the knot with Irena Srbinovska, whom he met on 10’s Bachelor series.

The couple shared the news in a joint Instagram post on Friday.

“The happiest day of our lives” they declared. “#mr&mrsgilbert #irenaslockyinlove”

Their engagement marks another successful union for the 10 dating show, joining Tim Robards & Anna Heinrich, Sam Wood and Snezana Markoski, Matty Johnson and Laura Byrne, Georgia Love and Lee Elliott -while 2021’s Jimmy Nicholson and Holly Kingston are engaged.

Farmer Wants a Wife meanwhile has produced nine marriages, one long-term relationship and 23 babies in Australia.

  1. You’d expect something like Farmer wants a wife to be more successful since 1 series usually features quite a few “farmers”.

    I know the bachelor had the bachelors and bachelorettes and Mafs has multiples, but they all end up mingling and backstabbing and cheating. It’s not about the individual love stories.
    In one series The farmers stories are self contained so equivalent to six series of The Bachelor.
