Johanna – Greasy Zoe’s
You’ve heard the saying “quality over quantity”, well that’s exactly the philosophy of Greasy Zoe’s. While this tiny restaurant only seats 8 people, it’s two-hatted menu means you’re sure to eat some beautiful food. Tonight, Johanna meets the eponymous Zoe and her partner Lachlan whose journey with their restaurant has been a rollercoaster. Sourcing produce from local producers to table settings from local artists, this couple really live their sustainable ideology. So, pull up a seat and get a taste of the good life.

Adam – Shelving In The Right Direction
If you haven’t tried building modular shelving before, let Adam point you in the right direction. He’s building a series of units in the shape of arrows. But the clever part is, they fit together to create unusual and eye-catching stacks. The materials he’s using may be cheap, but the finished product will be anything but!

Karen – Crispy Roasted Pork Belly
Achieving a soft succulent inside, while crisping the outside for perfect crackling is the dream for anyone cooking pork belly. Thankfully, Karen’s giving away her secrets with her fail-safe recipe to help you a accomplish just that. But you’ll need something to go with the Pork, so Karen will show you how to make a delicious, chargrilled salad that will complement it beautifully.

Fast Ed – Mango Farming In Queensland
The weather’s heating up, which means it’s a great time to head to tropical locales, like Cairns. While most people would head out to the ocean to see the Great Barrier Reef, Ed’s heading inland to check out one of the most delicious summer fruits… the mango. As Ed tours a mango farm with farmer Sam and his daughter Jess, he’ll learn everything there is to know about one of his and Australia’s favourite fruits. Mangoes might just be the height of fashion this summer, in more ways than one.

Fast Ed – Mango Tango Cheat’s Crème Caramel
Crème caramel will always be one of the great highlights of the dessert kitchen. But that doesn’t mean it’s easy to make. So, Ed has a great way to get it right… fake it. It’s a brilliant idea, especially when the imitation is almost as good. Plus, because you can make this anywhere, it will be a great addition to your next road trip.

Fast Ed – Remove That Skin
Mangoes may be delicious and one of our favourite summer fruits, but there’s no denying that cutting them can be laborious. Well, say goodbye to slowly slicing the skin off, because Ed will show you a quick and easy hack.

Charlie + Juliet – Outdoor Living In Style
Renovating an outdoor entertaining area requires great garden design and eye for style and thankfully we have the perfect pairing for the job, Charlie and Juliet. They’re teaming up to transform a lacklustre backyard into an entertainer’s dream dining area and chillout spa zone. They’ll make the space a series of outdoor rooms for the most relaxing environment to be enjoyed on all types of occasions. But you don’t need to have their skills to achieve this, they’ll show you how you can transform your own backyard using simple DIY skills over a weekend.

Melissa – Backyard Blooms
If there’s anyone out there who loves flowers more than Melissa, it might be Petrina, a former florist and flight attendant. Her home flower garden might put many botanic gardens to shame. The garden she has created conveys a sense of being hidden away from the real world, with magic and mysticism at each turn of a corner. With so many different flowers, Petrina has created a riot of colour. But, in this magical garden with all Petrina’s knowledge available, Melissa can’t pass up the opportunity to get some bouquet making tips.

Dr Harry – Creepy Crawly Pets
Most of us think of our pets as cute and cuddly, but there’s a world of pets out there that are creepy, crawly and just as rewarding. Dr Harry visits his favourite pet store to discover what makes them such good pets. From costs to maintenance and all the info you could ever need to look after an insect or a rodent and welcome them to your home.
