Gardening Australia: Dec 1

In a Gardening Australia first, the show heads to Indonesia, one of the most biodiverse places on earth.

For the first time ever, Gardening Australia is going international as Costa Georgiadis, Tammy Huynh, and local guest presenter Sean Salim explore the plants and gardens of Indonesia.

This incredible island nation is one of the most biodiverse places on earth, filled with unique species found nowhere else in the world.

We travel to the jungles of Sumatra to see the world’s biggest flower, meet Indonesia’s finest plant breeders, tour local plant nurseries and home gardens, visit botanical collections and the home of horticultural science, and visit an urban park renewal in the heart of Jakarta, one of the most populated places on earth!

Indonesia is home to extraordinary plants and amazing people, and this special episode is not to be missed.

7:30pm Friday on ABC.
