Airdate: The Vampire Diaries. Returning: Nip / Tuck
The Vampire Diaries is slated for Monday nights on GO!, and the fan favourite Nip / Tuck returns.

Channel GO! will screen The Vampire Diaries on Monday nights, at 8:30pm from Monday September 28th.
The new teen-horror drama starring Ian Somerhaulder launched as the most-watched premiere ever for the CW Network with 4.91m viewers. A repeat episode will also screen at midnight.
The series is the first major title to enjoy a first run on GO! just ahead of its full channel launch on October 4th.
At 11:00pm will be a repeat of Bridezillas.
Earlier in the evening a double ep of The Hills will also air at 7:30pm.
In adding these titles to GO! Speeders, Dog the Bounty Hunter, Neighbours at War and Just Shoot Me are out of Monday night’s line-up.
Updated: The return of the salacious plastic-surgery soap Nip / Tuck starring Julian McMahon and Dylan Walsh, a fan favourite that is long overdue, is now moved to 9:30pm Monday October 5.
GO! will air Series 5, when the characters relocated to Los Angeles.

so they bumped nip/tuck for a week to be replaced by the apprentice australia, as if putting it on GO! is going to force us to watch it. but what does this mean for the vampire diaries repeat? is it going to be on at midnight or not at all? my EPG isn’t showing anything past the apprentice.
Series 5. I’d rather them started from season 4 so i knew what the hell happened. Plus it means i missed Mario’s episode. Good to see it back on though.
I was really enjoying Speeders, hope it returns at a later stage at a different date and time.

Well done Go! – now we have no local content at all. Both Funniest Home Videos and Neighbours at War were hardly the finest viewing, although the latter was funny in a pathetic sort of way. I thought networks were supposed to show 55% local content or does that not apply to new channels?
I was watching ACA last night and they were showing stuff about the seinfeld reunion and at the end of the story Tracy said that the new series of Curb will be shown early next month, do you have any info to the airdate of Curb on GO!?
no one said Neighbours at War or Dog The Bounty Hunter won’t come back. Dog season 1 has been played right through anyway, so its not like nines taking that off at a random episode interval.

I really like Go’s programming, though I thought a Nine exec said just a week or so ago they were trying to not cancel shows on Go, but move them to later shifts …
OMFG, now that I’m enjoying Speeders and Go! will take it out? Where’s justice here?? TVD should better be good. Why don’t Nine just obtain the rights for True Blood, I know for a fact that this one’s bloody really good.
They are taking off Just Shoot Me for this? Vampire Diaries had better be good.

Sooo happy with this, Vampire Diaries looks cool but have been hanging out for Nip/tuck (looks like your’re the person to thank David!) now we really have little to complain about!! I’m so happy with Nine’s programming decisions for GO!, and it seems to be paying off for them. The week of the 27th is going to be huge!! Finally out of the sloppy TV season.
Being on GO! it’s not going to rate any where near FlashForward or any of the other shows on the main channels. But what it will probably do is ensure Nine wins Monday nights for the foreseeable future.
Greys and Desperate are unlikely to air until 2010.
Looks like we’ll all need banks of DVRs to record all we want to watch or just DL shows that conflict no matter how fast the networks show them.
@Lou D…other networks do did the same at one stage….. so nine is just not useless… just taking risks
Bit of a mistake there David. PayTV isn’t the only place to show Season 4, 9HD aired it earlier this year.
Thanks Nate. You are correct. Forgot about bloody 9HD (as has most of the country!). Very glad to see it back though after I personally rallied for it with a Nine exec who asked me whether it would appeal to the GO! audience. Hello!

Holy Crap. The week just gets bigger and bigger. All i want now is Grey’s Fast Tracked and i will be happy but that wont happen. So much TV to either watch live or on record. I mean Skins is also on Mondaym, plus Flash Forward and now Nip/Tuck and Vampire Diaries. I think i might need to go and buy another PVR.
GO! is becoming a super power. Seven get your act together already otherwise you mightnt win another week this year.

David, any news about whether Dog will be shown on another night? Sure, it’s trashy viewing, but I’ve grown kinda fond of it.
Channel 9 are useless and people have to wonder why people download eps?!
