Nine has dropped Harry’s Law from its Sunday night schedule, after previously moving it from 9:30 to 10:30pm.
It will be replaced by a repeat of CSI: Miami.
2011 is fast turning into the worst year for new US shows in living memory….

It’s the only decent show American show they have. Idiots.
Nothing rates at 10.30pm, what’s the problem???
maybe if they knew what they were doing and didn’t move it to 10.30pm they wouldn’t have to drop it. W*nkers!!
This show had so much promise and I actually enjoyed it – as soon as they showed it on a Monday also I lost track of where it was up to and lost interest.
There were 2 episodes left in the series, nine is a disgrace at least see it out till the end, it was a very good show !
Nine have now completely lost the plot if their was any previous doubt.
Hey everyone, look, Nine got rid of a show and replaced it with tripe.
This is new.
This annoys me. I love Harry’s Law and as usual its a Channel 9 show so it gets screwed around. Well stuff you Nine.
*Rolls eyes* Two whole weeks. The 10.30 ratings on a Sunday are that crucial that they couldn’t have waited 2 whole weeks? Hell dump it to 11.30 or run the episodes back-to-back and get them out of the way. Complete and utter stupidity.
How many people do you think have started illegally downloading thanks 9/Gem/Go swapping & changing programs?
I agree with Kimbarella. There are only 2 episodes to go!!!
Just show them! Seriously just two more weeks or one double episode!!! Please.
Disappointing. I’ve enjoyed the show. Just what we need, more CSI. pfft
Should have remained at 9:30pm and on Sundays only. Nine must catch up on CSI: NY as well as getting Melbourne up to date too plus get CSI:Miami in NRL land up to AFL states and also air the CSI ep missed out in all states except Victoria. Nine will bring Harry’s Law back, likely on another day another time maybe another channel.
I don’t get it, it got 216,000 in a 10.30pm slot, is that bad ?
Another crazy Nine decision. Harry’s Law is good value, clean and engaging entertainment. The major problem for today’s Australian commercial networks is that they are just too slow bringing shows to air here that have already finished a full season in the US. We watch things almost a day after they show in America. Time to get with the times.
Why not just run it on GEM?
I thought the multi channels was meant to bring us more choice, isn’t that what the Freeview ads are going on about? I’ve all but given up on Nine at this point for US shows.
What a mess…fed up with TV….DVD’s looking good….cannot rely on anything ..anymore….*sigh*
Well this is good news, I watched the first episode and decided it was a load of PC rubbish. So good riddance. However along with the majority of viewers these days, it is simply not worth investing the time watching imported US action or drama shows as you know it will be a matter of time before it gets shunted to a late spot and then ditched.
Too bad-must have rated low in its changed timeslot.
Oz TV strikes again. Replacing a good show with repeats of absolute rubbish. Luckily I’ve seen the whole series.
What did I tell you ?
Why couldn’t they have played the last 2 episodes? Repeats of CSI Miami aren’t going to rate any better!
Harry’s Law get’s the go ahead in the US this week for Season 2 and now we read that Nine has dropped it. What is wrong with them?
Not that I am comparing Harry’s Law with Damages But we all remember how they stuffed around with the scheduling of this show… Damages (S4) is not too far away and I cannot wait – It is a huge hit with many viewers. Another bad decision by Nine.
I have watched all of Season 1 of Harry’s Law, and whilst I lost a bit of interest halfway through the series (a couple of episodes turned me off) I kept with it and I am glad I did – the last few episodes were good.
As for Nine – the only show I watch is ‘Sea Patrol” – and that is days after it has aired because I tape it… Nine, lift your game….
I wonder if viewers just don’t want to bother anymore with any new shows on Nine. I certainly don’t.
We knew it wasn’t a channel nine show from the get go. Why do they bother buying things they just don’t want to air.
They couldn’t run the last 2 eps even? sheesh
