British actress Archie Panjabi (The Good Wife, Blindspot, The Fall, Departure) is joining US drama Snowpiercer‘s third season.
She will portray Asha but details of her character are being kept under wraps, joiningJennifer Connelly, Daveed Diggs, Sean Bean, Rowan Blanchard.
Based on the novel and 2013 film, the dystopian thriller was renewed for a third season in early January, ahead of its second season debut.
It screens in Australia on Netflix.

Anyone finding S2 of Snowpiercer not as compelling as the first? I’m drifting off a bit whilst watching it. Something I never did in the first season.
Yes, I would have to agree. Hopefully they find their way back next season . Looking forward to the addition of Archie !
I didn’t find Snowpiercer S1 all that enticing either but I knew fairly quickly that the show was going to be earmarked for a long run by TNT.
Including Sean Bean as Mr.Wilford has spiced up S02 a bit, but having hundreds of people stuck on a 16km long train will create some plot limitations especially if there’s no change of scenery along the way.
Yay! I love her roles in pretty much everything.
