Returning: Starstruck

Season 2 of UK comedy Starstruck, created, written by, and starring Rose Matafeo returns to ABC later this month.

The new six-part series continues the story of Jessie (Matafeo), a millennial living in East London, who is juggling two dead end jobs and navigating the complications of becoming romantically involved with famous film star Tom Kapoor (Nikesh Patel).

But her decision to stay in London, instead of returning to her native New Zealand, sends her spiraling as she deals with the real-world consequences of her grand gesture.

Minnie Driver reprises her role as Tom’s agent Cath, with Russell Tovey joining the cast this season.
