Seven returns Highway Patrol with two new episodes next Monday night.

Officers Hodges and Bidderman deal with a driver who tries to pull the wool over their eyes claiming that a glasses case looks the same as a cellphone.

A driver without an appropriate license trys to put the blame on his shoes for his excess speed. However Officers Smith and Williams aren’t accepting the drivers poor excuse.

  1. So it wasn’t axed after all? The producers (CJZ’s Greenstone in NZ who also do some long-running over there) pretty much confirmed back in 2018 or 2019 and it was not on Seven’s Upfronts around then… But then came a new CEO (albeit COVID too). It’s still a hit on 7mate, hopefully it goes decent on main channel as a filler and there can be more eps/seasons, as the old re-runs (they seem to only be allowed to play select seasons/eps) are now very stale.
