Characters reunite for the first time since The Big Bang Theory in 2019.

Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik are returning as their characters Sheldon Cooper and Amy Farrah Fowler, respectively, for the series finale of Young Sheldon.

CBS has released some of the first images from the episode, which airs in the USA on May 16th.

Parsons is narrator and an executive producer of the series, while Bialik has also appeared in voiceover in two episodes.

This will be the first time their characters reunite in person since The Big Bang Theory in 2019.

An Australian date for the finale series is yet to be confirmed.

  1. I think in Australia the seventh season will be released on DVD and go straight to NetFlix. Channel 9 and 9Go! still haven’t shown the sixth series.
