Who is on Nine’s wish list for Celebrity Apprentice?
Yesterday The Australian speculated Andrew “Twiggy” Forrest and retailer Solomon Lew were on a list.
Since then the tom tom drums have been beating.
TV Tonight hears whispers ex-Foreign Affairs Minister Julia Bishop is also on a wish list -but probably for the advisor role, which previously went to Deborah Thomas, Brad Seymour, Dane Bouris, Kerri-Anne Kennerley and Shelley Barrett at various times.
Also on the list is Lord Alan Sugar, who has successfully helmed 15 seasons of table-thumping, hiring and firing.
Producers are also said to be interested in Boost Juice’s Janine Allis, best known for Shark Tank and Australian Survivor. Whispers suggest Network 10 is even open to the idea, but it isn’t clear if Nine is yet.
Maybe Nine could film board room scenes from its swank new North Sydney home with a harbour backdrop?
It’s still early days, so let’s see where things lands…

must be hard up for money , oh thats right pollies get a pension and can earn money at the same time . so wonderful she won’t be hard up for coin
Why go Bishop when you can go Gillard? First female PM, first female Apprentice host?
Would definitely watch if Janine Allis was to be the boss.
Julie would be good as an advisor, can’t see her as the boss, too softly spoken…..sadly, always the bridesmaid, never the bride.
I used to enjoy Celebrity Apprentice but I don’t want to see that woman on my TV screen. Why wouldn’t Mark Bouris do it again?
Ohhhhh I’d love see Julie’s death stare to the Apprentices when they stuff up in a challenge, or if they talk back to the boss!
Agree Bourkie!
Totally agree … must watch TV
(I made a rhyme … gimme a dime +GST of course)
